Informativa sulla privacy

1. Chi tratta i tuoi dati

Il titolare del trattamento è Ordered Inventory, progetto di Francesco Grippa e Sebastiano Tancredi, che sviluppa e gestisce Reponi. Il progetto non è ancora costituito in forma societaria e i due gestori rispondono in proprio del trattamento. Non è stato nominato un responsabile della protezione dei dati, perché non ricorrono i presupposti che lo rendono obbligatorio.

2. Quali dati trattiamo

Dati dell'account

L'accesso avviene esclusivamente tramite account Google. Da quell'account riceviamo il tuo indirizzo email, il nome visualizzato e un identificativo tecnico. L'immagine del profilo viene mostrata leggendola direttamente da Google e non viene copiata nei nostri archivi. La tua password Google non transita mai da Reponi: l'autenticazione avviene su Google.

Contenuti che inserisci tu

Prodotti, scatole intelligenti (smartbox), nomi, quantità, date di scadenza, note, codici a barre e ogni altro dato che scegli di registrare nel tuo inventario.

Fotografie

Le immagini che carichi o scatti per illustrare i prodotti. Ogni foto riceve un collegamento di lettura non indovinabile, che l'app usa per mostrartela: chi entrasse in possesso di quel collegamento potrebbe vedere l'immagine, quindi non condividerlo se il contenuto è riservato.

Spazi condivisi e inviti

Se condividi un inventario con altre persone, nello spazio condiviso vengono registrati nome e indirizzo email dei membri con il rispettivo ruolo (proprietario, editor, visualizzatore), perché ciascuno possa sapere chi partecipa e con quali permessi. Quando inviti qualcuno, il suo indirizzo email resta registrato nell'invito in attesa finché l'invito non viene accettato o revocato — anche se quella persona non diventa mai utente di Reponi. Sei tu a inserire quell'indirizzo: ti chiediamo di invitare solo persone che si aspettano di essere invitate, e chi ha ricevuto un invito può chiederne in ogni momento la cancellazione a te o a noi.

Accesso alla fotocamera

Per leggere codici a barre e codici QR e per scattare le foto dei prodotti, l'app chiede l'autorizzazione alla fotocamera del dispositivo. Il flusso video viene elaborato sul tuo dispositivo e non viene mai trasmesso né registrato: dalla scansione esce soltanto il codice letto. Le fotografie lasciano il dispositivo solo quando sei tu a salvarle su un prodotto. Puoi negare o revocare il permesso in qualsiasi momento dalle impostazioni del browser o del sistema: perderai la scansione e lo scatto diretto, non il resto dell'app.

Dati tecnici registrati automaticamente

Come ogni servizio in rete, l'infrastruttura registra dati tecnici a ogni collegamento: indirizzo IP, tipo di dispositivo e di browser, sistema operativo, data e ora dell'accesso. Questi registri sono prodotti dalle piattaforme che erogano il servizio — Google Firebase per i dati e Netlify per la consegna del sito — non da noi, e servono al funzionamento e alla sicurezza: non li usiamo per profilarti né per costruire statistiche sul tuo comportamento.

Preferenze e copia locale sul dispositivo

Lingua, tema chiaro/scuro, criteri di ordinamento e ultima versione vista restano nella memoria locale del browser. Per funzionare anche senza rete, l'app conserva inoltre una copia del tuo inventario sul dispositivo.

Non raccogliamo dati di geolocalizzazione, non raccogliamo dati biometrici, non usiamo strumenti di analisi statistica o di profilazione, non mostriamo pubblicità, non inviamo notifiche push (gli avvisi di scadenza sono calcolati sul tuo dispositivo a partire dal tuo inventario) e non impieghiamo tecnologie di intelligenza artificiale per elaborare i tuoi dati personali.

3. Perché li trattiamo

• Per fornirti il servizio: autenticarti, conservare e sincronizzare il tuo inventario tra i tuoi dispositivi, mostrare le foto, far funzionare gli spazi condivisi e gli avvisi di scadenza. Base giuridica: esecuzione del contratto che si instaura quando usi l'app (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Per proteggere il servizio e tenerlo in funzione: verificare che le richieste arrivino dall'applicazione autentica e non da strumenti automatici, e conservare i registri tecnici necessari a diagnosticare guasti e tentativi di intrusione. Base giuridica: legittimo interesse alla sicurezza e alla continuità dell'infrastruttura (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
• Per gestire gli inviti a spazi condivisi, che comportano il trattamento dell'indirizzo email della persona invitata. Base giuridica: legittimo interesse a permettere la collaborazione richiesta dall'utente che invita (art. 6.1.f GDPR), bilanciato dal fatto che il dato è il solo indirizzo email, resta visibile ai soli membri di quello spazio ed è cancellabile in ogni momento.

4. Dove risiedono i dati

Reponi si appoggia a Firebase, la piattaforma di Google Cloud. L'autenticazione è gestita da Firebase Authentication, i dati di inventario da Cloud Firestore, le fotografie da Cloud Storage nella regione europe-west8 (Milano, Italia — Unione Europea).

Il sito e i file dell'applicazione sono invece distribuiti da Netlify, che agisce come fornitore di hosting: Netlify consegna le pagine al tuo browser e non ha accesso ai contenuti del tuo inventario, che risiedono su Firebase.

Google e Netlify agiscono come fornitori dell'infrastruttura e responsabili del trattamento per nostro conto. Nell'ambito dei propri servizi possono trasferire dati anche fuori dallo Spazio economico europeo, inclusi gli Stati Uniti: tali trasferimenti avvengono sulla base delle clausole contrattuali standard approvate dalla Commissione Europea, che garantiscono un livello di protezione adeguato ai sensi del GDPR. Le condizioni dei due fornitori sono descritte nell'informativa privacy di Google, nella pagina dedicata alla privacy in Firebase e nell'informativa privacy di Netlify.

5. Con chi sono condivisi

Non vendiamo, non cediamo e non affittiamo i tuoi dati a nessuno. Non esistono partner commerciali, inserzionisti o intermediari pubblicitari.

I tuoi dati sono accessibili soltanto:

• a te, tramite il tuo account;
• alle persone con cui condividi uno spazio, limitatamente al contenuto di quello spazio e ai nomi ed email dei suoi membri;
• a Google e a Netlify, come fornitori dell'infrastruttura descritta al punto 4, vincolati da obblighi di riservatezza e autorizzati a trattare i dati solo per erogare il servizio;
• all'autorità giudiziaria o alle autorità competenti, se un obbligo di legge lo impone;
• per difendere un diritto, nostro o di un altro utente, in sede giudiziaria — nei soli limiti di quanto strettamente necessario.

Due servizi esterni vengono contattati dall'app per motivi tecnici, e vale la pena dirlo con precisione. Quando scansioni un codice a barre, il solo codice viene inviato al database pubblico Open Food Facts per ricavare il nome del prodotto: non viene trasmesso alcun tuo dato personale. Inoltre alcune librerie tecniche dell'app sono servite da reti di distribuzione pubbliche (unpkg, jsDelivr, cdnjs e i server di Google): come qualsiasi server web, ricevono l'indirizzo IP del dispositivo che le richiede.

6. Sicurezza

L'accesso ai dati è protetto da regole applicate lato server, che verificano identità e ruolo di chi fa ogni richiesta. Tutto il traffico viaggia cifrato in HTTPS.

Il servizio usa inoltre Firebase App Check con reCAPTCHA Enterprise di Google, che attesta che le richieste provengano dall'applicazione autentica e non da script o copie non autorizzate. Nel fare questa verifica Google raccoglie informazioni tecniche sul dispositivo e sull'interazione con la pagina a fini antifrode e può registrare nel browser un cookie tecnico necessario a quel controllo: è l'unico cookie impiegato, serve alla sicurezza e non traccia la tua navigazione né alimenta pubblicità. Si applicano l'informativa privacy e i termini di servizio di Google.

7. Nessuna decisione automatizzata

Non prendiamo decisioni basate unicamente su trattamenti automatizzati che producano effetti giuridici o incidano in modo analogamente significativo sulla tua persona, ai sensi dell'art. 22 GDPR. Gli avvisi di scadenza sono un semplice calcolo sulle date che hai inserito tu, e restano sul tuo dispositivo.

8. Per quanto tempo conserviamo i dati

I dati restano finché esiste il tuo account. Dall'app puoi eliminarlo in qualsiasi momento: la procedura cancella prodotti, smartbox, fotografie, il tuo spazio personale e infine le credenziali di accesso. Gli inviti in attesa vengono cancellati quando l'invito è accettato o revocato. I registri tecnici delle piattaforme seguono i tempi di conservazione dei rispettivi fornitori.

Due precisazioni oneste. I file di backup che hai esportato tu restano dove li hai salvati e sono sotto il tuo controllo, non il nostro. I contenuti che hai inserito in uno spazio condiviso appartenente a un'altra persona possono restare disponibili ai membri di quello spazio: in quel caso puoi chiederne la rimozione al proprietario dello spazio oppure scrivere a noi.

9. I tuoi diritti

Puoi esercitare in ogni momento i diritti previsti dagli articoli 15-22 del GDPR: accesso ai tuoi dati, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione e opposizione al trattamento, portabilità.

Due di questi diritti si esercitano direttamente dall'app, senza chiedere niente a nessuno: Esporta backup produce un file con i tuoi dati in formato leggibile e riutilizzabile (portabilità), Elimina account cancella dati e account (cancellazione). Per tutto il resto scrivi a orderedinventory@gmail.com: rispondiamo entro trenta giorni.

Se ritieni che il trattamento dei tuoi dati violi la normativa, puoi presentare reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

10. Violazioni dei dati

Se dovesse verificarsi una violazione dei dati personali con rischio per i tuoi diritti e le tue libertà, lo notificheremo all'autorità di controllo entro settantadue ore da quando ne siamo venuti a conoscenza e, quando il rischio è elevato, lo comunicheremo anche a te senza ingiustificato ritardo, come previsto dagli articoli 33 e 34 del GDPR.

11. Minori

Reponi non è pensato per essere usato da minori di 14 anni, età che la legge italiana individua come soglia per il consenso ai servizi della società dell'informazione, e non raccogliamo consapevolmente i loro dati. Se un genitore o un tutore si accorge che un minore ha fornito dati personali, può scrivere a orderedinventory@gmail.com e provvederemo alla cancellazione immediata.

12. Modifiche a questa informativa

Se il servizio cambia, questa pagina cambia con lui: la versione aggiornata viene pubblicata qui con un nuovo numero di versione e una nuova data in cima. Se una modifica riguarda in modo sostanziale il trattamento dei tuoi dati te la segnaliamo dentro l'app, e quando la legge richiede il tuo consenso te lo chiediamo prima di applicarla: il solo fatto che tu continui a usare Reponi non vale come consenso a un trattamento nuovo.

Termini e condizioni d'uso

1. Accettazione

Usando Reponi accetti questi termini. Se non li condividi, non usare il servizio: puoi eliminare l'account in qualsiasi momento dall'app, e i tuoi dati vengono cancellati con esso.

Questi termini si affiancano all'informativa sulla privacy pubblicata in questa stessa pagina, che ne costituisce parte integrante.

2. Che cos'è Reponi

Reponi è un'applicazione web per la gestione di inventari domestici e di piccola scala: catalogazione di prodotti, organizzazione in scatole intelligenti, generazione di codici QR, avvisi sulle date di scadenza, condivisione di inventari tra più persone.

Il servizio è offerto gratuitamente e così com'è. Non è un servizio professionale certificato e non è pensato per usi in cui un errore di inventario possa causare danni a persone o beni: non affidargli, da solo, il controllo di scadenze di farmaci, sostanze pericolose o materiali critici.

3. Account e requisiti

Per usare Reponi serve un account Google e occorre avere almeno 14 anni. Sei responsabile della sicurezza del dispositivo e delle credenziali con cui accedi: chi entra nel tuo account Google entra nel tuo inventario. Ti sconsigliamo l'uso su dispositivi con sblocco di sistema alterato (root o jailbreak), che riducono le protezioni su cui l'app fa affidamento.

4. Uso consentito

Puoi usare Reponi per qualsiasi scopo lecito, personale o professionale. Non puoi invece: tentare di accedere ai dati di altri utenti o aggirare i controlli di sicurezza e di autenticazione; estrarre dati in modo automatizzato o sottoporre il servizio a carichi artificiali; decompilare, replicare o distribuire l'applicazione per offrirne una versione concorrente; usare il servizio per molestare altre persone, anche attraverso gli inviti agli spazi condivisi.

5. Contenuti vietati

Il tuo inventario è privato e non lo ispezioniamo. Questo non significa però che sia uno spazio senza regole: i contenuti risiedono su un'infrastruttura di cui rispondiamo noi, e alcune cose non possono starci in nessun caso, nemmeno in un archivio che nessun altro vede.

È vietato caricare, conservare o condividere tramite Reponi:

• materiale che ritragga l'abuso sessuale di minori, o che comunque sessualizzi persone minori di età. Su questo non esiste tolleranza né gradualità: l'account viene chiuso immediatamente e senza preavviso, e il fatto è segnalato alle autorità competenti;
• immagini intime o sessuali di una persona diffuse senza il suo consenso, o materiale ottenuto violando la riservatezza altrui;
• contenuti che la legge italiana o europea qualifica come illeciti, e contenuti che istighino alla violenza, all'odio o alla discriminazione;
• contenuti che violino diritti di terzi, inclusi i diritti d'autore e i diritti sull'immagine altrui.

Il divieto vale a maggior ragione negli spazi condivisi, dove il contenuto raggiunge altre persone.

6. Segnalazioni e moderazione

Non sorvegliamo né ispezioniamo in modo sistematico quello che gli utenti conservano nei propri inventari, e nessun obbligo di legge ce lo impone. Interveniamo su quello che ci viene segnalato o di cui veniamo altrimenti a conoscenza.

Se ti imbatti in un contenuto o in un comportamento che viola questi termini — tipicamente dentro uno spazio condiviso di cui fai parte — scrivi a orderedinventory@gmail.com indicando in oggetto Segnalazione, che cosa hai visto e dove. Se sei il proprietario dello spazio puoi intanto agire da solo, rimuovendo il contenuto e revocando l'accesso al membro.

Cosa facciamo dopo. Esaminiamo la segnalazione senza indebito ritardo e, quando la riteniamo fondata, rimuoviamo o rendiamo inaccessibile il contenuto e adottiamo la misura proporzionata al caso: un avviso, la sospensione o la chiusura dell'account, con misure crescenti verso chi viola ripetutamente. Nei casi che integrano un reato agiamo subito e informiamo le autorità competenti.

Se un tuo contenuto viene rimosso o il tuo account limitato e ritieni che sia un errore, puoi contestare la decisione scrivendo allo stesso indirizzo: ti rispondiamo motivando, e se abbiamo sbagliato ripristiniamo.

7. I tuoi contenuti restano tuoi

I dati e le fotografie che inserisci restano di tua proprietà. Non ne rivendichiamo alcun diritto e non li usiamo per scopi nostri. Ci autorizzi soltanto a conservarli, trasmetterli e mostrarli nella misura tecnicamente necessaria a farti funzionare il servizio e a condividerli con le persone che sei tu a inserire nei tuoi spazi. Questa autorizzazione finisce quando cancelli i contenuti o l'account.

Sei responsabile di ciò che inserisci: che tu abbia il diritto di caricarlo e che non violi la legge o i diritti di terzi.

8. Spazi condivisi

Quando condividi uno spazio, i membri che inviti vedono il contenuto di quello spazio e i nomi ed email degli altri membri, e in base al ruolo che assegni possono modificarne i dati. Il proprietario di uno spazio ne governa contenuti e permessi, e può rimuovere in qualsiasi momento un membro o ciò che ha inserito.

Chi invita è responsabile delle persone che invita e delle conseguenze della condivisione. Non arbitriamo controversie tra membri di uno spazio: se un rapporto si interrompe, il proprietario può revocare l'accesso e ciascuno può eliminare il proprio account.

9. Proprietà intellettuale

L'applicazione, il suo codice sorgente, il nome Reponi, il marchio Ordered Inventory, i loghi, le icone e i contenuti originali dell'interfaccia appartengono ai titolari del progetto. Non è consentito copiarli, modificarli, distribuirli o crearne opere derivate senza autorizzazione scritta. Il fatto che il codice di una applicazione web sia leggibile dal browser non ne autorizza il riutilizzo.

10. Servizi di terze parti

Reponi funziona appoggiandosi a servizi di terzi, ciascuno con termini propri: Firebase e gli altri servizi Google per autenticazione, dati e sicurezza, Netlify per l'hosting, Open Food Facts come fonte pubblica dei nomi prodotto, e alcune reti di distribuzione per le librerie tecniche. Non rispondiamo delle loro interruzioni, modifiche o cessazioni, né dell'accuratezza dei dati che Open Food Facts restituisce: il nome ricavato da un codice a barre è un suggerimento che puoi correggere.

L'uso di Reponi resta soggetto anche alle condizioni di quei fornitori: un contenuto che le violi può essere rimosso da loro, indipendentemente da noi.

11. Disponibilità del servizio, offline e backup

Alcune funzioni richiedono una connessione. L'app funziona anche offline sulle funzioni principali e sincronizza quando la rete torna, ma non garantiamo che il servizio sia sempre disponibile, privo di errori o ininterrotto.

Ti raccomandiamo di esportare periodicamente un backup dall'app e di custodirlo tu. È il modo più semplice per non dipendere da noi, ed è la ragione per cui quella funzione esiste.

12. Limitazione di responsabilità

Il servizio è fornito così com'è, senza garanzie di risultato. Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge non rispondiamo di perdite di dati, mancati guadagni, interruzioni di attività o danni indiretti derivanti dall'uso o dal mancato funzionamento dell'applicazione, né dei contenuti che gli utenti scelgono di caricare.

Questo limite non si applica ai casi di dolo o colpa grave, né ai diritti che la legge riconosce in modo inderogabile ai consumatori: nulla in questi termini riduce quei diritti.

13. Modifiche e interruzione del servizio

Possiamo aggiornare, modificare o interrompere Reponi. Se una modifica è rilevante o se decidessimo di chiudere il servizio, te lo comunicheremo con ragionevole preavviso dentro l'app, lasciandoti il tempo di esportare i tuoi dati. Queste condizioni possono essere aggiornate con lo stesso criterio: nuova versione e nuova data in cima alla pagina.

14. Cessazione

Puoi smettere di usare Reponi quando vuoi ed eliminare l'account dall'app. Possiamo sospendere o chiudere un account che violi in modo grave o ripetuto questi termini, o che metta a rischio la sicurezza del servizio e degli altri utenti; salvo i casi in cui la legge lo impedisca o l'urgenza non lo consenta, avvisiamo prima.

15. Legge applicabile e foro competente

Questi termini sono regolati dalla legge italiana.

Se usi Reponi come consumatore, cioè per scopi estranei alla tua attività professionale, è competente il giudice del luogo in cui risiedi o hai domicilio, come previsto dal Codice del Consumo, e puoi ricorrere agli strumenti di risoluzione stragiudiziale delle controversie previsti dalla legge. Se invece usi Reponi per scopi professionali, per ogni controversia è competente in via esclusiva il Foro di Napoli.

Privacy Policy

1. Who processes your data

The data controller is Ordered Inventory, a project by Francesco Grippa and Sebastiano Tancredi, who develop and operate Reponi. The project is not yet incorporated as a company, and the two operators are personally responsible for the processing. No data protection officer has been appointed, as the conditions making one mandatory do not apply.

2. What data we process

Account data

Sign-in happens exclusively through a Google account. From that account we receive your email address, your display name and a technical identifier. Your profile picture is displayed by reading it directly from Google and is not copied into our storage. Your Google password never passes through Reponi: authentication happens on Google's side.

Content you enter

Products, smart boxes, names, quantities, expiry dates, notes, barcodes and any other data you choose to record in your inventory.

Photographs

The images you upload or take to illustrate your products. Each photo gets an unguessable read link that the app uses to display it: anyone who obtains that link could view the image, so do not share it if the content is confidential.

Shared spaces and invitations

If you share an inventory with other people, the shared space records the name and email address of its members together with their role (owner, editor, viewer), so that everyone can see who takes part and with which permissions. When you invite someone, their email address stays recorded in the pending invitation until it is accepted or revoked — even if that person never becomes a Reponi user. You are the one entering that address: please invite only people who expect to be invited, and anyone who has received an invitation may ask you or us to delete it at any time.

Camera access

To read barcodes and QR codes and to take product photos, the app requests permission to use your device's camera. The video stream is processed on your device and is never transmitted or recorded: all that comes out of a scan is the code itself. Photographs leave the device only when you choose to save them to a product. You can deny or revoke the permission at any time from your browser or system settings: you will lose scanning and direct capture, not the rest of the app.

Technical data logged automatically

Like any online service, the infrastructure logs technical data on every connection: IP address, device and browser type, operating system, date and time of access. These logs are produced by the platforms that deliver the service — Google Firebase for the data and Netlify for site delivery — not by us, and they serve operation and security: we do not use them to profile you or to build statistics about your behaviour.

Preferences and local copy on your device

Language, light/dark theme, sorting preferences and the last version seen are kept in your browser's local storage. To work without a connection, the app also keeps a copy of your inventory on the device.

We do not collect location data, we do not collect biometric data, we do not use analytics or profiling tools, we do not show advertising, we do not send push notifications (expiry alerts are computed on your device from your own inventory) and we do not use artificial intelligence technologies to process your personal data.

3. Why we process it

• To provide the service: authenticate you, store and sync your inventory across your devices, display photos, run shared spaces and expiry alerts. Legal basis: performance of the contract established when you use the app (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To protect and keep the service running: verify that requests come from the genuine application and not from automated tools, and retain the technical logs needed to diagnose faults and intrusion attempts. Legal basis: legitimate interest in the security and continuity of the infrastructure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• To manage invitations to shared spaces, which involves processing the invited person's email address. Legal basis: legitimate interest in enabling the collaboration requested by the inviting user (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), balanced by the fact that the data is only an email address, is visible solely to members of that space, and can be deleted at any time.

4. Where the data lives

Reponi runs on Firebase, Google Cloud's platform. Authentication is handled by Firebase Authentication, inventory data by Cloud Firestore, photographs by Cloud Storage in the europe-west8 region (Milan, Italy — European Union).

The site and the application files are delivered by Netlify, acting as hosting provider: Netlify serves the pages to your browser and has no access to your inventory content, which lives on Firebase.

Google and Netlify act as infrastructure providers and processors on our behalf. As part of their services they may transfer data outside the European Economic Area, including to the United States: such transfers rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, which ensure an adequate level of protection under the GDPR. Their terms are described in Google's privacy policy, on the Firebase privacy page and in Netlify's privacy policy.

5. Who it is shared with

We do not sell, trade or rent your data to anyone. There are no commercial partners, advertisers or ad intermediaries.

Your data is accessible only:

• to you, through your account;
• to the people you share a space with, limited to that space's content and to the names and emails of its members;
• to Google and Netlify, as the infrastructure providers described in section 4, bound by confidentiality obligations and authorised to process data solely to deliver the service;
• to judicial or competent authorities, where required by law;
• to defend a legal right, ours or another user's, in legal proceedings — strictly to the extent necessary.

Two external services are contacted by the app for technical reasons, and it is worth stating this precisely. When you scan a barcode, the code alone is sent to the public Open Food Facts database to retrieve the product name: none of your personal data is transmitted. In addition, some technical libraries used by the app are served by public delivery networks (unpkg, jsDelivr, cdnjs and Google's servers): like any web server, they receive the IP address of the device requesting them.

6. Security

Access to data is protected by server-side rules that check the identity and role behind every request. All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS.

The service also uses Firebase App Check with Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise, which attests that requests come from the genuine application rather than from scripts or unauthorised copies. To perform this check, Google collects technical information about the device and the interaction with the page for anti-fraud purposes and may store a technical cookie in your browser as part of that check: it is the only cookie in use, it serves security, and it neither tracks your browsing nor feeds advertising. Google's privacy policy and terms of service apply.

7. No automated decision-making

We do not take decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you, within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR. Expiry alerts are a simple calculation on the dates you entered yourself, and they stay on your device.

8. How long we keep data

Data is kept for as long as your account exists. You can delete it from the app at any time: the procedure removes products, smart boxes, photographs, your personal space and finally your sign-in credentials. Pending invitations are deleted once the invitation is accepted or revoked. Platform technical logs follow the retention periods of the respective providers.

Two honest clarifications. Backup files you exported yourself stay where you saved them and are under your control, not ours. Content you added to a shared space owned by someone else may remain available to that space's members: in that case you can ask the space owner to remove it, or write to us.

9. Your rights

You may exercise at any time the rights set out in Articles 15-22 GDPR: access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of and objection to processing, and portability.

Two of these rights are exercised directly in the app, without asking anyone: Export backup produces a file with your data in a readable, reusable format (portability), and Delete account erases data and account (erasure). For everything else write to orderedinventory@gmail.com: we reply within thirty days.

If you believe the processing of your data breaches the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.

10. Data breaches

Should a personal data breach occur that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the supervisory authority within seventy-two hours of becoming aware of it and, where the risk is high, we will also inform you without undue delay, as required by Articles 33 and 34 GDPR.

11. Children

Reponi is not intended for use by children under 14 — the age Italian law sets as the threshold for consent to information society services — and we do not knowingly collect their data. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that a child has provided personal data, they can write to orderedinventory@gmail.com and we will delete it immediately.

12. Changes to this policy

If the service changes, this page changes with it: the updated version is published here with a new version number and date at the top. If a change materially affects how your data is processed we will flag it inside the app, and where the law requires your consent we will ask for it before applying the change: your continued use of Reponi alone does not count as consent to new processing.

Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance

By using Reponi you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service: you can delete your account from the app at any time, and your data is erased with it.

These terms sit alongside the privacy policy published on this same page, which forms an integral part of them.

2. What Reponi is

Reponi is a web application for managing household and small-scale inventories: cataloguing products, organising them into smart boxes, generating QR codes, alerting on expiry dates, and sharing inventories between several people.

The service is offered free of charge and as is. It is not a certified professional service and it is not designed for uses where an inventory error could cause harm to people or property: do not rely on it alone to track the expiry of medicines, hazardous substances or critical materials.

3. Account and requirements

Using Reponi requires a Google account and you must be at least 14 years old. You are responsible for the security of your device and of the credentials you sign in with: whoever gets into your Google account gets into your inventory. We advise against use on devices with altered system locks (root or jailbreak), which weaken the protections the app relies on.

4. Acceptable use

You may use Reponi for any lawful purpose, personal or professional. You may not, however: attempt to access other users' data or circumvent security and authentication controls; extract data by automated means or subject the service to artificial load; decompile, replicate or distribute the application in order to offer a competing version; use the service to harass other people, including through shared-space invitations.

5. Prohibited content

Your inventory is private and we do not inspect it. That does not make it a space without rules: the content sits on infrastructure we answer for, and some things cannot be there under any circumstances, not even in an archive nobody else sees.

It is prohibited to upload, store or share through Reponi:

• material depicting the sexual abuse of minors, or otherwise sexualising people under age. There is no tolerance and no gradation here: the account is closed immediately and without notice, and the matter is reported to the competent authorities;
• intimate or sexual images of a person shared without their consent, or material obtained by violating someone else's privacy;
• content that Italian or European law qualifies as unlawful, and content inciting violence, hatred or discrimination;
• content infringing third-party rights, including copyright and rights over another person's likeness.

The prohibition applies all the more within shared spaces, where content reaches other people.

6. Reporting and moderation

We do not monitor or systematically inspect what users keep in their inventories, and no legal obligation requires us to. We act on what is reported to us or otherwise comes to our knowledge.

If you come across content or behaviour that breaches these terms — typically inside a shared space you belong to — write to orderedinventory@gmail.com with Report in the subject line, stating what you saw and where. If you are the owner of the space you can also act yourself in the meantime, removing the content and revoking the member's access.

What happens next. We review the report without undue delay and, where we consider it founded, we remove or disable access to the content and take the measure proportionate to the case: a warning, suspension, or closure of the account, with escalating measures for repeat breaches. In cases amounting to a criminal offence we act immediately and inform the competent authorities.

If your content is removed or your account restricted and you believe it was a mistake, you may contest the decision by writing to the same address: we reply with our reasons, and if we got it wrong we restore it.

7. Your content stays yours

The data and photographs you enter remain your property. We claim no rights over them and do not use them for our own purposes. You authorise us only to store, transmit and display them to the extent technically necessary to run the service for you, and to share them with the people you yourself add to your spaces. This authorisation ends when you delete the content or the account.

You are responsible for what you enter: that you have the right to upload it and that it breaches neither the law nor the rights of third parties.

8. Shared spaces

When you share a space, the members you invite can see that space's content and the names and emails of the other members, and depending on the role you assign they can modify its data. The owner of a space governs its content and permissions, and may remove a member or what they have added at any time.

Whoever invites is responsible for the people they invite and for the consequences of sharing. We do not arbitrate disputes between members of a space: if a relationship breaks down, the owner can revoke access and anyone can delete their own account.

9. Intellectual property

The application, its source code, the name Reponi, the Ordered Inventory mark, the logos, icons and original interface content belong to the project's owners. Copying, modifying, distributing or creating derivative works from them without written authorisation is not permitted. The fact that a web application's code is readable by the browser does not authorise its reuse.

10. Third-party services

Reponi runs on top of third-party services, each with its own terms: Firebase and other Google services for authentication, data and security, Netlify for hosting, Open Food Facts as a public source of product names, and some delivery networks for technical libraries. We are not liable for their interruptions, changes or discontinuation, nor for the accuracy of the data Open Food Facts returns: the name derived from a barcode is a suggestion you can correct.

Your use of Reponi also remains subject to those providers' terms: content breaching them may be removed by them, independently of us.

11. Service availability, offline use and backups

Some features require a connection. The app also works offline for its core features and syncs when the network returns, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free or uninterrupted.

We recommend that you export a backup periodically from the app and keep it yourself. It is the simplest way not to depend on us, and it is the reason that function exists.

12. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of result. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for data loss, lost profits, business interruption or indirect damages arising from the use or malfunction of the application, nor for the content users choose to upload.

This limitation does not apply to cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor to rights that the law grants consumers on a mandatory basis: nothing in these terms reduces those rights.

13. Changes and discontinuation

We may update, modify or discontinue Reponi. If a change is material, or if we decided to shut the service down, we will tell you with reasonable notice inside the app, leaving you time to export your data. These conditions may be updated on the same basis: a new version and a new date at the top of the page.

14. Termination

You can stop using Reponi whenever you like and delete your account from the app. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaches these terms, or that endangers the security of the service and of other users; except where the law prevents it or urgency does not allow it, we give notice first.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law.

If you use Reponi as a consumer, that is for purposes outside your trade or profession, the competent court is the one for the place where you reside or are domiciled, as provided by the Italian Consumer Code, and you may use the out-of-court dispute resolution mechanisms available under the law. If instead you use Reponi for professional purposes, the Court of Naples shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
